Dr Suresh Kumar Angurana awarded Dr Ritu Gupta Oration at Epileptocon 2024

Dr Suresh Kumar Angurana, an associate professor at PGI Chandigarh, has been awarded the 'Dr Ritu Gupta Oration' for his contributions to pediatrics and pediatric critical care. He received this honor during the 'EPILEPTOCON 2024' conference in Jammu. Dr Angurana also delivered a guest lecture on 'Pediatric Status Epilepticus'.

CHANDIGARH: Dr Suresh Kumar Angurana, associate professor, division of pediatric critical care, department of pediatrics, PGI Chandigarh, has been conferred with ‘Dr Ritu Gupta Oration’.
Dr Angurana received the honour during a recently concluded conference on ‘EPILEPTOCON 2024: An Update on Pediatric Epilepsy’ organised by the departments of pediatrics, Govt Medical College, Jammu, and Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences (ASCOMS), Jammu, in association with the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Jammu.

Dr Angurana was awarded for his contribution in the field of pediatrics and pediatric critical care. As part of the oration, he delivered the guest lecture ‘Pediatric Status Epilepticus’.
Dr Ritu Gupta Oration has been instituted in the memory of late Dr Ritu Gupta, who was the professor of physiology at GMC, Jammu. She was the wife of Prof Ravinder Gupta, head, department of pediatrics, ASCOMS, Jammu.
