JAIPUR: Union defence minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said that state government has no right to be in office because of their inability to curb crime against women, paper leak and appeasement politics.
“I’ve heard that over 2 lakh FIRs have been filed in Rajasthan for crimes against women. If papers were leaked 17 times, it means you’re playing with the future of youths.”
He said, “They came to power on the promise of making a developed and prosperous Rajasthan.

Is this how you want to make Rajasthan prosper? People would believe that the kids here cheat on their examinations.”
He said, “No one dares to take the law into their own hands in Uttar Pradesh governed by Yogi Aditynath. As UP’s education minister, I had brought the Anti-cheating Act which prevented cheating and improved the results.”
Singh said, “In Jaipur, somebody was killed in road rage of a particular community and the government granted him Rs 50 lakh in compensation, a government job, and a dairy booth. I have no objection to it, but I would like to ask why not others like Kanhaiya Lal who was beheaded, Ratan Lal Soni in Chittorgarh, Tapariya in Bhilwara, Krishna Valmiki in Jhalawar, and Harish Jatav in Alwar.” He said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi used his international stature to bring the Indian students stranded in Ukraine during the start of the Ukraine-Russia war. Modi contacted Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Zelenskyy and agreed to pause the fighting for four hours to allow Indian students safe passage. India’s worldwide status has increased by leaps and bounds under Modi. The entire international community listens when India talks.”
