Over 103 teenage girls recently participated in a three-day long leadership skill programme organised at Krushi Vidnyan Kendra at Open University. The initiative was organised by Rotary Club of Nashik and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, recently.
In the three-day long programme, the students were guided by experts from various fields.
Police officials informed them about the development. As the initiative was aimed at overall
development, acting skills and dancing lessons were also introduced to these students.
Apart from this, a mental peace related workshop was also conducted for these girls. A special training regarding self defence was given to the girls, where they were taught to use different things for self defence in difficult situations. Apart from rigorous sessions, these students were also engaged in interesting games and movie sessions.
