RHOC's Shannon Beador sentenced to 3 years of Probation and community service after the DUI arrest

Shannon Beador, star of The Real Housewives of Orange County, has avoided jail time in her hit and run case. Instead, she will complete community service and a nine-month alcohol program. Beador was sentenced to three years probation and 40 hours of community service after the incident. She expressed gratitude that no one else was injured and stated that she has learned from her mistake. Her attorney confirmed that she has already paid for the damages involved in the hit and run.

The Real Housewives of Orange County's Shannon Beador, who was booked in September has avoided jail time in her hit and run case and will instead complete community service and a nine-month alcohol program.
She was sentenced to three years probation and 40 hours of community service after the Sept. 17 incident. Her attorney has recently recently confirmed that she will be avoiding the jail time and instead complete other charges.
The reality show star was booked on September 17 after she was caught Driving Under Influence (DIU) in a hit and run case.
After keeping up with the formalities and charges, Shannon revealed that she is grateful that nobody got injured because of her and she has learnt a lot from her experience.
Shannon said, "I am grateful that no one else was injured besides me in this incident. I have learned so much from my terrible mistake that night and realize that driving any distance while impaired is too far."
Moreover, her attorney has confirmed that his client has already paid for the damages to the homeowner involved in the hit and run.
"Shannon pleaded no contest this morning to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving when she had a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above. that Shannon should be sentenced to jail and be convicted of DUI and a hit-and-run. But after receiving legal arguments from both sides, the judge denied the prosecutor's request and dismissed the hit-and-run,” confirmed the attorney.

The reality show star was booked for two misdemeanours - driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run.
