These numbers are clearly indicative of India’s growing young but unhealthy population, which is slated to upsurge in the coming years. This can be attributed to today’s sedentary lifestyles that we are actively part of. Extensive sittings in front of the screen without breaks, skipping meals due to work pressure, and of course, the practise of resorting to junk food after starving for hours and relishing unhealthy binging as if it is our last day on earth – all these factors significantly contribute to the increasing health risks and development of uncommon illnesses our grandparents never even heard about during their existence. Making only a few lifestyle changes can add decades to our lives. Include the following foods in your daily diet and witness the change yourself.
