Revenue board to clear huge pending cases
Ajmer: To speed up disposal of pending cases, the Revenue Board of Rajasthan on Thursday held a meeting of the Bar and bench in which it was decided that cases with incomplete proceedings should not be included in the cause list.
The proceedings sent by subordinate courts as incomplete should first be completed before being included in the cause list, the board directed.

There are over 65,000 cases pending with the revenue board. “Cases that are at the stage of argument should be treated on priority,” said Rajeshwar Singh, chairman of the board. He directed that subordinate courts be asked to send complete proceedings in the cases pending in the revenue board. tnn
