On Sunday, Rajasthan experienced sultry weather with rising temperatures and humidity levels. Jaisalmer recorded the highest temperature at 38.9°C. From September 27, monsoon activity is expected in Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur, and Bharatpur divisions. However, monsoon withdrawal has already started in Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions.
The meteorological department forecasts continued monsoon activity in Rajasthan despite changes in wind direction and cooler temperatures. From September 27 to October 3, mild to moderate rainfall is anticipated in Jaipur, Kota, Bharatpur, and Ajmer divisions. Western Rajasthan will remain dry during this period. The average rainfall recorded so far is significantly higher than last year.
