Ajmer: On the occasion of 812 yearly Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisty, a chaddar of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was offered in the dargah on Saturday. A message of Prime Minister was also read aloud at Buland Darwaza for the devotees in the dargah. The message said, “On this land of spirituality, faith and knowledge, the Saint, Fakir, and Peer of the auspicious land of Bharat has inspired people through their lives, principles and ideology to walk on the right path.”
The message added, "In this amrit kaal, we with our profound heritage, are on the path of building a gorgeous and developed Bharat.”

The chaddar of Prime minister was brought by national president of BJP minority wing Jamal Sidique from Delhi which was given to him by PM Modi. On Saturday, the PM's delegation offered the chaddar in the dargah and also read aloud the message.
Meanwhile, hundreds of devotees are coming to attend the yearly Urs here. In the coming days, there will be a beeline of chaddars from different political leaders of the country in the dargah. The district administration on Saturday also offered chaddar in the dargah in which IG Ajmer Lata Manoj, district collector Bharati Dixit, SP Chuna Ram Jat, mela magistrate Jagdish Prasad Gaur and other officials were present.
