TIRUPATI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commendation letter to TDP nominee for Chittoor parliament constituency, Daggumalla Prasad Rao, has invigorated the party cadres ahead of the crucial general elections in Andhra Pradesh scheduled for May 13.
