Berhampur: Police arrested four members of an inter-state burglary gang in Khallikote, Ganjam, on Sunday.
The arrested individuals, hailing from Madhya Pradesh, are Amein Khan (27) of Nayakheda, Firoj Khan (35) of Dudhiya, Sadik Khan (38) of Dharampuri, and Mustak Khan (40) of Kherma, the police said. They were allegedly involved in looting 52 kg of silver, worth around Rs 40 lakh, from two jewellery shops in places under Khallikote and Dhenkanal Sadar police station limits in July.

A car, five mobile phones, three driving licences, two ATM cards, two Aadhaar cards, and Rs 65,600 were seized from them.TNN
