Girl allegedly sexually assaulted by 3 men in moving car in Bihar’s Saharsa, 1 arrested

A teenage girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by three men in a moving car in Bihar's Saharsa district, police said on Tuesday. One person has been arrested in connection with the incident, which occurred on September 14.
The survivor lodged a complaint at the Sadar police station, claiming that the three men assaulted her at gunpoint. A special investigation team (SIT) has been formed to probe the case, according to Saharsa Superintendent of Police Himanshu, as reported by PTI.
The victim has been sent for medical examination, with results pending.Police are searching for the remaining two suspects, and the vehicle used in the crime has been seized. The investigation is ongoing.
The incident is being investigated from all angles, including whether the crime was committed at gunpoint or not, and the four-wheeler allegedly used in the crime has been seized, the SP said.
