On Sunday, September 8th, renowned actor Vikas Sethi passed away. He was well known for his iconic roles in popular television dramas such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kasautii Zindagi Kay. According to sources, the 48-year-old actor had a heart arrest and died in his sleep. Now, his wife, Jhanvi Sethi, has spoken about the night before his
death.
She revealed that despite feeling ill, he refused to go to the hospital.
According to reports, Vikas Sethi and his wife, Jhanvi Sethi, were attending a wedding outside of Mumbai when he died. His wife reported that after they arrived at her mother's house in Nashik, he vomited and had loose motions. He didn't want to go to the hospital, so they asked the doctor to come home.
Jhanvi attempted to wake him up on Sunday morning, but he had died. The doctor indicated that he died in his sleep last night owing to heart arrest. Many of his former co-stars have expressed their condolences following his unexpected passing.
Vikas Sethi leaves behind his wife, Jhanvi Sethi, and twin boys. In terms of his profession, he is most recognised for his supporting roles in a number of popular television shows and Bollywood films. Some of his credits include Kahiin To Hoga, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Geet Hui Sabse Parayee, Sasural Simar Ka, and a few more. Sethi first appeared in the adult drama Oops! in 2003. Following this, he appeared in supporting roles in several Bollywood films, including Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Deewaanapan, and others.

His wife turned to social media today to announce that his final rites will be held today in Mumbai. They will perform the last rites according to all Hindu traditions. During the funeral, Jhanvi and Vikas's mother broke down in tears and cried inconsolably, Deepak Tijori who has been a close friend, came to console and support them in the testing time.
