In the video, Trump demonstrated her perfect squat form while lifting a barbell adorned with 10-pound weight plates on each side.
“Beautiful Back Squats Today,” Brockman wrote over the footage, which Trump reshared with enthusiasm. “Heck yes! Let’s Go!” she responded, reflecting her commitment to staying fit.
Dressed in an all-gray workout ensemble—comprising a long-sleeve top, leggings, and white tennis shoes—Trump completed her look with a practical ponytail.
