R. Parthiban's 'Teenz' gets an OTT Release: When and where to watch the adventure thriller

R. Parthiban, one of the most prominent stars in the South Indian film industry, is known for taking on challenging projects. After shifting his focus to direction a few years ago, he has delivered several unique films, with 'Teenz' being his latest. Featuring a fresh cast of young actors, the film was released in theatres last July. Despite receiving mixed reviews, 'Teenz' struggled to maintain its presence in theatres and was not immediately released on OTT platforms, even after the standard waiting period.However, two months after its theatrical release, 'Teenz' is now available for streaming on Prime Video in both Tamil and Telugu. The film is expected to receive greater appreciation from the OTT audience.
Directed by R. Parthiban, 'Teenz' follows the adventures of a spirited group of teenagers, with Parthiban himself playing a role in the film. Yogi Babu makes a cameo appearance, and the movie features several fresh faces in supporting roles. The music, composed by D. Imman, includes soundtracks performed by renowned singers such as Shreya Ghoshal, Shruti Haasan, Arivu, Harish Sivaramakrishnan, and others.
'Teenz' faced stiff competition at the box office, clashing with Kamal Haasan and Shankar's 'Indian 2,' which overshadowed Parthiban's film. Although it garnered positive reviews, the movie struggled to retain screens due to the crowded slate of Tamil releases.
