Gurgaon: The city's maximum temperature recorded at 35 degrees Celsius on Sunday was slightly higher than Saturday's 35.2 degrees and remained 1.7 degrees above the normal for this time of the season.
With no relief from heat and humidity, the minimum temperature rose slightly to 27 degrees against 25.9 degrees on Saturday.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted partly cloudy skies with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers for the next six days.

However, no alert has been issued.
"Scattered light to moderate rainfall can be expected in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and west Rajasthan for this week. Heavy rain is unlikely," said an IMD official.
The maximum temperature during this period will hover between 34 and 35 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to settle between 25 and 26 degrees.
Recorded at 95 on Sunday, the city's air quality index improved slightly and was in the ‘satisfactory' category. On Saturday, the AQI was ‘moderate' at 105.
