Hubballi: Minister of law and parliamentary affairs
HK Patil said that there is no question of chief minister Siddaramaiah resigning in the Muda scam. Speaking to reporters here on Monday, Patil said there is no truth in the allegations of BJP leaders that CM Siddaramaiah is involved in the Muda scam. BJP leaders and Siddaramaiah's opponents have hatched a conspiracy against the CM, as he is giving good governance.
He said that the governor has unconstitutionally sanctioned the prosecution against the CM. It is politically motivated and an unjust move by the governor. Therefore, we are protesting across the state against this, he added. Patil said all ministers and MLAs of our party are supporting Siddaramaiah. The CM is getting support in every district, and BJP is not able to bear it. TNN
