Bihar bizmen attacked by local associates

Hyderabad: Two seed traders from Bihar — Ranjith Kumar Ram, 41 and Santosh Kumar, 36 —were allegedly attacked by their business associates over financial disputes at Kistapur village near Medchal in the early hours of Wednesday.
The suspects attacked them with sharp objects, injuring Ranjith Kumar Ram on his neck, while his friend Santosh Kumar suffered bruises on the face.
The Medchal police said the victims regularly visit Hyderabad, purchase seeds from manufacturers here and sell them to farmers in their home state. They came to the city two days ago on a business trip.
Around 1.45am on Wednesday, when they were at their rented room at Kistapur village discussing with their local associates about purchase of seeds, an argument broke out between them. In a fit of rage, their local associates attacked the victims and fled from the spot.
The two were first rushed to a nearby private hospital and later to Gandhi hospital for better treatment. TNN
