Hyderabad: Maddirala police apprehended a gang of four thieves involved in a series of tractor trolley thefts targeting farmers in Suryapet and Nalgonda districts. The accused have been identified in connection with 18 theft cases. The police recovered 19 stolen tractor trolleys, one motorcycle, and a Swaraj engine from the gang. The investigation revealed that the thieves committed 11 thefts in Suryapet district and 7 in Nalgonda district.
The total value of the seized vehicles is estimated to be around ₹22.9 lakh. All four accused have been remanded in custody. tnn
