Centac releases final merit list for UG NEET-based courses in Puducherry

The Centralized Admission Committee (Centac) in Puducherry has announced the final merit list and round one draft allotment for UG NEET-based professional courses. Candidates can access their allotment orders starting Sept 1 and are required to report to their designated colleges by Sept 2. The deadline for joining the courses is set for Sept 5.

PUDUCHERRY: The Centralized Admission Committee (Centac), Puducherry, has released the final merit list and round one draft allotment list for UG NEET-based professional courses - medical, dental, Ayurveda, and veterinary sciences and animal husbandry under govt, management, management (Telugu minority and Christian minority), NRI, and sports quotas on Aug 30.

The committee has published the lists on its website www.centacpuducherry.in, said a release from the committee. The candidates can download their allotment orders from 7 pm on Sept 1 using their dashboard login credentials. They must report to the principals of the allotted colleges along with all original certificates and allotment orders from 10 am on Sept 2. The last date to join the courses is Sept 5 (6 pm).
The committee has uploaded the fee structure for the UG NEET-based courses for the academic year on its website. It directed the candidates to transfer the fee to their account through NEFT/RTGS challan generated using their dashboard login credentials.
It will transfer the fees to the colleges concerned. It said Puducherry SC/ST candidates who have been allotted seats under the govt quota need not pay the fees as the Adi Dravida Welfare department will pay the fees on their behalf.
