High Court to work in hybrid mode for two days
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh high court suspended all scheduled hearings of cases on Monday after concerns were raised over possible breach of Nelapadu tank and the reverse sluice gate on the bund road.
Chief Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur announced that the judges will work from home for the next two days in hybrid mode.
This is perhaps the first time in the state that the high court has suspended work and given work-from-home orders due to floods.

However, he assured the association that the judges would not pass any adverse orders on Monday. Instead of declaring a holiday, the Chief Justice asked the association to utilise the hybrid hearing available.
