1x1 polls
Ritwick, who will be playing the character of Satya, is a journalist by profession. Solanki is to essay the character of Satya’s wife, Kaberi. As per the director, Satya wants to write a copy on the narcotics gang, but the story is gagged since a politician is involved. A frustrated Satya leaves his job. Meanwhile, a friend visits his place and dies. It becomes evident that his friend dies of a drug overdose. A huge amount of money gets recovered from the friend and as a consequence, Satya and his wife get involved. The story then goes on about how they will come out from there. Apart from Ritwick and Solanki, Loknath Dey, Sujan Mukherjee, and Ratan Sarkhel will play other important roles in the film.
Solanki has recently wrapped shooting for her upcoming series ‘Bishahari’. The web series that is slated to release later this year, is directed by popular Tollywood director Srijit Mukherji. Solanki has been paired with actor Rohaan Bhattacharjee. ‘Bishahari’, written by Souvik Chakraborty, has a touch of thrill to its story. Rohaan and Solanki will be seen as a couple on the show.
On the other hand, Ritwick has carved his own niche with films like ‘Nagarkirtan’, ‘Mayar Jonjal’, ‘Jyeshthoputro’, ‘Vinci Da’, ‘Nirbaak’. Ritwick has collaborated with Mainak on projects like ‘Bibaho Diaries’, ‘Happy Pill’, ‘Chawlochitro Circus’.
