WhatsApp makes it easier to find your favourite channel, here’s how

WhatsApp has rolled out a significant update that allows users to explore Channels based on their interests. This new feature simplifies the process of finding and subscribing to Channels that align with users' preferences.
“Whether it’s sports, people, or businesses, you can now explore more with directory categories. So when you come to Channels, it’s easier to browse and filter your favorites,” said the company.
Previously, users had to manually search for Channels or rely on recommendations to discover new content.With the latest update, WhatsApp has introduced categories that make it easier for users to browse through Channels related to specific topics.
Categories include news, sports, entertainment, technology, and more. Users can simply tap on a category to view a list of Channels that fall under that umbrella. This feature provides a more streamlined and efficient way to discover new content and connect with communities that share similar interests.
In addition to the category-based exploration, WhatsApp has also introduced other enhancements to the Channels feature. These include improved search functionality and the ability to create and manage your own Channels.
