Former WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley shares short story behind the iconic lick moments with Liv Morgan and Dom

Rhea Ripley has finally avenged her defeat against Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan. In an earlier Raw match, The Mami and Damien Priest were thrashed by a team of five, which included Liv Morgan and her Daddy Dom. The twins avenged themselves with Dirty Dom being thrashed around, before the Mami steps in to lick the defeated duo, Dominik and Liv. Later in an interview, Rhea Ripley opens up about her licking act, clarifying further what it meant for her.

The Mami has finally broken her silence on her act, saying a lot of the characters are not fully committed until she comes out to the ring.As if in a manner of claiming her prize, Rhea licked them in the face. In a candid interview with the Wrestling Classic, Rhea Ripley elaborates on the details of her act to the host saying, “A lot of it's not fully committed to until I'm out there, like even the liking in the face… like the one with Dom, I was like I'm going to lick your face just because like ‘you're mine!’ Like that’s what we do…. It's our thing!”
Further elaborating on the reactions which Dominik gave her when she licked her former tag-team partner Liv Morgan in the face, Rhea said, “ And then the one with Liv, that was just completely at the spare of the moment. I saw Dom looking at me and I was like, “she's mine!’” I was like, I just owned your new girl, what are you gonna do about it?”
Signed to WWE since July 2017, Demi Bennett, more popularly known by her ring name Rhea Ripley has been having a very successful tenure at WWE. Her 380- days reign as WWE Women's World Champion is one of the longest reigning, a position she shares together with Bayley. She is also the winner of 2023 Women's Royal Rumble title which also makes her the first woman to ever win the title as the number one entrant. Earlier she was part of Women's Tag Team with Liv Morgan. However, Liv drifted apart to support her in- character partner, Daddy Dom, while Rhea has been portrayed as the heartbroken character betrayed by Dominik Mysterio. Since then, she has teamed up with her Terror twin Damien Priest in some of the following matches.
