Eknath Shinde on Thursday said that protests against Rahul and the
Congress on their stand against reservations would continue. The CM was speaking at the "fulfilment ceremony" of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, held with a large gathering of women at the Sharada Gyanpeeth School Ground in Buldhana.
The Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana was implemented to bring happiness and prosperity into lives of women in the state, Shinde said. The state govt has taken this revolutionary step for women's empowerment, and it will not back down in the futurehe said. Apart from Gaikwad, those present on the occasion were deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, Union minister of state for AYUSH, health and family welfare Prataprao Jadhav, cooperative minister and guardian minister Dilip Walse Patil.
