The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of Haryana Civil Services officer Meenakshi Dahiya in a corruption case. The court found prima facie evidence connecting her to a Rs 1,00,000 bribe recovered from her cook and stressed the necessity of custodial interrogation to recover mobile phones involved in the crime.
