Juhi Chawla, who co-owns the Kolkata Knight Riders. Chawla's wealth stands at Rs 4,600 crore, securing her the second spot among the silver screen titans.
Actor Hrithik Roshan claims the third position with a wealth of Rs 2,000 crore, bolstered by his successful athleisure brand, HRX. Roshan also ranks second in terms of social media followers, with 32.3 million Twitter followers.
The Bachchan family, led by the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, holds the fourth position on the list, with a wealth of Rs 1,600 crore, primarily derived from investments.
Karan Johar, the renowned actor, producer, and director, and owner of Dharma Productions, secures the fifth spot with a wealth of Rs 1,400 crore.
The 2024 Hurun India Rich List showcases the diversity of India's wealth creators, featuring a record-breaking 1,539 entrants from various backgrounds, including family-run businesses, startup founders, and film stars.
