Pradyot, Hrangkhawl called by MHA for first meeting on Tiprasa Accord tomorrow
Agartala: Ruling BJP’s ally in the Tripura govt, TIPRA Motha founder Pradyot Kishore Debbarman and party president BK Hrangkhawl, have been invited to the first Joint Working Group meeting of the tripartite Tiprasa Accord signed earlier this year in New Delhi on Friday.
The undersecretary to the GoI, Rajeev Kumar, in a letter stated that the exact venue has not been confirmed yet.

The letter outlined the formation of the Joint Working Group following the agreement between the Govt of India, the Govt of Tripura, and Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA).
Speaking on the issue, Pradyot Kishore Debbarman said, “I’ve been waiting for this official invitation, and now we are ready to move forward with discussions. Representatives of Motha will be attending the meeting.” The MHA constituted the JWG with NE advisor A K Mishra appointed as the committee's convenor.
