TIRUPATI: Atmakur YSRCP legislator Mekapati Vikram Reddy underlined that comprehensive development of the constituency and the completion of the Somasila high level canal works will be possible only when the YSRCP govt will be in power.
Intensifying his on-ground
campaign at various villages in Sangam mandal at the Atmakur assembly constituency, Vikram Reddy reminded the people that the
TDP which extended several promises and came to power in 2014, did not fulfill even a single promise in the end.
"But the YSRCP led by Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has fulfilled 99% of the poll promises made to the people and is now seeking a mandate once again. No state govt in the country has achieved this feat. Every single beneficiary of the YSRCP welfare schemes should once again pledge support to the party if the welfare schemes were to continue in the next five years as well", Vikram Reddy appealed to the voters.
Pointing out that while the YSRCP govt engaged volunteers to hand-out pensions at the very doorsteps of the elderly, the Atmakur MLA alleged that the system has gone haywire now due to the conspiracy hatched by the TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, resulting in the deaths of 38 persons in the last couple of months.
Recalling that the Atmakur assembly constituency did not witness any concrete single development during Anam Ramanarayana Reddy's tenure as an MLA, Vikram Reddy promised that the Atmakur development forum has a vision document for the constituency, with the help of which comprehensive progress on all fronts will be ensured in the next five years.
