TIRUPATI: The election roadshow of
TDP candidate for Chittoor parliament Daggumalla Prasad Rao and Puthalapattu assembly candidate Dr Kalikiri Murali Mohan drew huge crowds at Bandapalli in the Puthalapattu assembly constituency at Chittoor district.
Daggumalla Prasad Rao, who is a retired IRS officer, the YSRCP govt cannot sustain it's welfare schemes as it has no vision for development and creation of wealth.
"On the other-hand, the YSRCP govt has also pushed the state into vicious debt trap with its indiscriminate borrowings which has skyrocketed to Rs.13.5 lakh crore in the last five years", the TDP candidate pointed out.
Claiming that apart from pressing the button to doke out the welfare schemes, chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy did nothing to progress the state on different fronts, Daggumalla Prasad Rao lamented that there was growing distress among the farmers, unemployed, business class, govt employees and various other sections of the society.
"If this scenario has to change, there is only one option before the people to correct the mistake they committed in the 2019 elections by now pledging support to the TDP led NDA alliance in the 2024 elections", the TDP candidate appealed.
Daggumalla Prasad Rao stated that for the Polavaram and other irrigation projects to be completed, for the creation of jobs, for the state to be brought back onto the path of development without compromising on the welfare of the people, people need to pledge support to the TDP and elect Nara Chandrababu Naidu as the next chief minister of the state.
Puthalapattu TDP candidate Dr Kalikiri Murali Mohan assured the mango farmers of the constituency that the TDP govt will curb the middlemen mafia menace and will establish a mango board.
