Chandigarh: Kalka police have booked nine persons for allegedly occupying a 10-bisva plot after forging the documents. Sunil Kumar, a businessman and resident of Phillaur, Punjab, told the police that he had purchased the plot at Bitna village in Kalka on Nov 6, 2003 but when he recently visited the site found that it had been illegally occupied by accused Parul, her husband Balvir Singh, and some unknown persons.
