Although jammers were previously installed, instances of cheating via Bluetooth were still reported. This time, we will ensure that all jammers are functioning properly." He added that a list of individuals with criminal backgrounds has been shared with district authorities, and observers will closely monitor the exam centres.
Martolia said he personally visited all 13 districts to meet with district magistrates and senior police officials. "We held several rounds of discussions about the significance of these exams and the security measures in place. Before each exam, areas will be divided into super zones, with each zone overseen by ADM and ASP-level officers," he added.
He highlighted the importance of border checks, saying, "This will send a strong message. We will appoint an observer from the commission to review all arrangements, including jammers and biometric setups." The exam schedule is expected to be released shortly.
Of the 4,405 positions, 2,000 are for police constables, 700 for forest constables, and 1,200 for roles such as revenue assistants. Additional posts include 10 for library science, 40 for assistant development officers, and 25 for drivers.
