Residents of Delhi awoke to a hazy atmosphere on Friday morning, with the cold wave retaining its hold over Northern India.Although the fog conditions at Delhi airport improved slightly, the lowest recorded visibility was 150 meters. The Runway Visual Range (RVR) is currently within the range of 400 meters to 800 meters, according to the India Meteorological Department.
