Lucknow: A special lecture titled "Nurturing the Roots of Entrepreneurship: The Indian Perspective" was held on Saturday at AP Sen Hall,
Lucknow University during the ongoing convocation week.
Keynote speaker, PS Tripathi, entrepreneurship expert, shared insights from the life of Bhau Rao Devras, highlighting his leadership and intellectual legacy.
Tripathi emphasized how entrepreneurship can address key challenges such as unemployment, rural migration, and regional disparities.
He also discussed how India's strong family culture fosters a supportive environment for entrepreneurial growth.
The lecture concluded with a vote of thanks by Rachna Mujoo, dean of the faculty of commerce. The event was attended by faculty, research scholars, and students. Certificates were also distributed to the winners of the pre-convocation week events held by the department of commerce from Sept 10 and 12.
