Further, the ICI has advised that no group or individual should place flags or banners on public property or community spaces without proper authorization. The youth have been specifically cautioned against performing motorcycle stunts on the roads.
ICI has urged the public to refrain from chanting slogans that might offend religious sentiments during the gatherings or processions on the occasion. Groups participating in the procession have been instructed to keep their flags and banners wrapped until they join the procession and to adhere to the routes designated by the administration.
The ICI has also clarified that during the procession, prayers should only be performed in mosques and not on the roads.
