TSUISL officer dies by suicide citing work pressure

JAMSHEDPUR: Om Prakash Sahu (56), a senior sanitary supervisor at Tata Steel Utility and Infrastructure Services Ltd (TSUISL), died by suicide in his office room on Wednesday. Inspector R N Singh of Golmuri police station said, "In the suicide note, the deceased stated that workload on him has increased tremendously and it was difficult for him to sustain the pressure."
Sahu's handwritten note further revealed that the company had extended his operational area, making it challenging for him to manage his work on time.TSUISL, in a statement, assured that they would provide all necessary assistance as per the company policy.
