Crowds from both sides assembled and began throwing stones at each other, resulting in injuries to two people and damage to several vehicles, Chavda told reporters. "We have intensified patrolling and flag marches in sensitive areas. We have also organised peace committee meetings and engaged with senior community members to maintain harmony. We have advised the public to inform police even if minor issues arise," Chavda said. TNN
