Parts of Khar and Bandra to face water cut

MUMBAI: Water supply to certain areas in Bandra West, Khar West, and Khar Danda in the H-West ward will be cut from 10am to 12pm on August 30.
This is part of works to remove the old, dilapidated water main pipeline of Pali Hill Reservoir 1 for operationalising a newly laid 750 mm diameter water main between Ramdas Naik Marg and Road No. 32 on RK Patkar Marg.
The works are being carried out to improve water supply in the H-West ward, and the level of Pali Hill Reservoir is also expected to improve after the completion of the works.
