Patna: Lalu Prasad on Thursday slammed Union minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, describing him as a “confused person playing in the hands of the RSS” after he blamed the Yadavs for the Nawada incident.
“Manjhi is a confused person trying to mislead the society and the country through his statements,” Lalu told the media in Delhi on Thursday, adding that he would personally look into the case and get to the bottom of it.

The RJD chief also hit out at the prevailing law and order situation in NDA-ruled Bihar. “Law and order situation has totally collapsed in Bihar,” Lalu alleged.
Reacting to Lalu’s statement, JD(U) spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said, “While Lalu may be living under political fear, the common people are fearless.”
