2 children die as bus overturns near Saputara

Surat: Two children were killed and 28 injured when a private luxury bus carrying 66 passengers went off the road while overtaking and overturned near Samgahan, 10km from Saputara in Dang district on Sunday evening. Four persons, including the bus driver, are seriously injured, said police. The accident took place when the driver lost control of the vehicle in an attempt to overtake a truck.The bus carried families from Surat who were coming back from Saputara after a day-long trip. tnn
