VADODARA: Not everyone in Vadodara is ruing over the recent floods that brought woes for Barodians. Crocodiles in Sayajibaug zoo, for one, as eight fully-grown reptiles escaped when the flood waters gushed into the city in the last week of Aug.
The reptiles swam into Vishwamitri that flows just a few feet away from their enclosure.
"Initially, we didn't realise this, as the flood waters were very high.

When the waters started receding, we couldn't see the crocodiles. We thought they would be somewhere in the park. But they have all escaped," Pratyush Patankar, Sayajibaug zoo curator, said.
