Mukesh Khanna is not the one to mince words and often voices his thoughts through videos on his personal social media accounts. In his most recent post, the veteran actor slammed big stars for endorsing pan masala and alcohol brands.
The Shaktimaan actor's post was penned in Hindi, which translated as, "Has the world of advertising become a world of glamour, a world of money? Throw money and see the show! This has become its basis? Pay money and get anything done.

Is the aim of models and actors only to earn money?" He further questioned their sense of right and wrote and added, "Their conscience, their responsibility towards society, towards youth has become negligible. Speaking good about anything, any product, no matter how bad it is, has become their religion ?? because they are getting money for this work!! Money money money!!! How much money will you earn !! Even though you have more than you need."
Mukesh Khanna's post, featuring pictures of Ajay Devgn and Mahesh Manjrekar, further read, "Yes, I am talking about big stars. Ad makers have become jugglers and the artists are dancing like monkeys to their tunes. Be it Kesariya Aadaab, Junglee Rummy, Gutka Sharab. These people are saying anything without checking the reliability of the product! Why? Because for this they are being paid huge amounts in the name of their fees. No one thinks about the bad impact it is having on society, youth, health and people's minds. Neither the government, nor the police, nor the many platforms running social media." He concluded by stating, "When will this filth stop?? More important than that is who will stop this filth????"
In a previous interview, Mukesh Khanna had revealed that he scolded Akshay Kumar personally, for endorsing a tobacco brand despite his health-conscious image.
