Akhilesh slams govt over teachers’ recruitment process
Varanasi: Inaugurating the trauma centre super facility hospital in Lalganj Lok Sabha constituency of Azamgarh district on Saturday, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav raised questions over the recruitment process of 69,000 teachers.
Condemning the incident of rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata, Yadav pointed at the the Central govt, saying this was not an opportune moment for political maneuvering.

Holding Central govt accountable for shortcomings, he predicted its imminent downfall and lambasted state govt over process of recruitment of 69,000 teachers. He said justice must be served to people and their should be no discrimination. On a statement by SP MLA Nafees Ahmed during a party event in Azamgarh, questioning why the voice of Muslims was always suppressed, Yadav said it was an internal matter that would be resolved duly.
On the rape and murder of a doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, the SP president said said that chief the minister of West Bengal, being a woman, would understand the anguish of the fairer sex.
He implored BJP not to politicise the matter, adding that new teams had been constituted for investigation of the case and that the perpetrators would be brought to justice promptly.
