On the last night of the Azamgarh Mahotsav, chaos broke out when Bhojpuri actress
Akshara Singh started dancing. Some miscreants began hooting and threw slippers, shoes, and water bottles at the stage. The police tried to control the crowd with a lathi charge, but ended up being targeted by the thrown items as well.
Akshara stopped her performance and left the festival because of the audience's behavior.
Many people had come to see her, but some threw shoes and slippers on stage and broke chairs, which made her leave early.
Reports say the police had to use force to control the unruly crowd. Despite this, many people continued to push forward to see Akshara. However, she expressed her displeasure with their behavior and left the program. This isn't the first time there has been chaos during her events; a similar incident occurred during a program in Jaunpur as well.
On the work front, Akshara Singh has several upcoming films, including 'Babul Kar De Bidaa Aaj Tu Pyar Se', 'Darling', 'Akshara', and 'Jaanu I Love You'. In 'Jaanu I Love You', she stars alongside
Vikrant Singh, with the film directed by Anurag Mishra and produced by
Ratnakar Kumar.
