Hyderabad: The Times Property Expo, held on Saturday, saw a large crowd of prospective homebuyers and real estate enthusiasts as leading developers showcased a wide range of properties offering a mix of luxury and affordable housing options.
The expo featured several prominent home developers who highlighted their latest projects and the luxurious amenities they offer.
“Despite having a sluggish market where customers are sceptical about project deliveries, our aim is to provide our customers with a lifestyle that epitomises luxury and comfort,” said Venkat Ravi, brand manager of Aparna Constructions.
“Our projects feature state-of-the-art facilities, spacious layouts, and premium finishes that cater to the discerning tastes of our clientele. Special focus is on sports facilities such as cricket, tennis, and pickleball,” he added.
Keya Karwankar, executive vice president of Lansum Enpoint, emphasised the importance of creating a sense of exclusivity.
“We believe in crafting homes that reflect the aspirations and status of our customers. We interviewed over 160 diverse people to understand their needs and developed our properties to offer a unique living experience, with exclusive clubhouses, landscaped gardens, and personalised services.”
While the expo showcased many high-end properties, it also attracted a significant number of visitors looking for affordable housing options. Many prospective customers expressed concerns about the rising costs of homes and the challenges they face in finding suitable properties within their budget.
“As a first-time homebuyer, I find it challenging to find a home that fits my budget without compromising on quality and location,” said Mohd Ismail, a software engineer who was attending the expo with his wife. “We anyway are not going to utilise all the amenities which are being offered. We are looking for houses around Rs1 crore which cater to our needs.”
Another visitor, Rajesh Kumar, a middle-aged father of two, shared his thoughts on the need for more affordable housing. “With the increasing cost of living and the growing population, it is crucial to focus on creating housing that is accessible to a wider range of people. We need more projects that cater to the middle-income segment without sacrificing essential features and quality of life.”
