Assam HS 12th Result 2023 declared on ahsec.assam.gov.in, here's how to check result

Assam Board Result 2023: The Assam Higher Secondary Council (AHSEC) declared the Assam HS 12th Results 2023 today, June 06. Students who appeared in the Class 12 examinations can check and download their result from the official website of AHSEC at ahsec.assam.gov.in.
There has been a decrease in the pass percentages across different streams. In the Arts stream, the pass percentage dropped from 83.48% last year to 70.12%, while in Science, the success rate declined from 92.19% to 84.96%.Similarly, in Commerce, there was a decline from 87.27% to 79.57%. Even in the Vocational stream, the pass percentage saw a decrease from 89.30% last year to 85.61%.
The Arts stream saw the participation of a record-breaking 2.61 lakh candidates, while the Science stream had 46,384 candidates, and the Commerce stream had 20,417 candidates.

In all three streams Science, Arts, and Commerce — girls have outperformed boys among the regular candidates. The pass percentage for female candidates in Science was 86.49 per cent, while the pass percentage for male candidates stood at 83.80 per cent. In Arts, the pass percentage of male and female candidates have been recorded to be 66.94 per cent and 72.92 per cent respectively. And in Commerce, 81.27 per cent female candidates cleared the exam against 78.88 per cent male candidates.
AHSEC 12th Board Exams 2023 was conducted from February 20 to March 20, 2023, in two shifts - Shift 1 was from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and Shift 2 was from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Students can follow the below-mentioned steps to check and download their Class 12 Results 2023.

Last year, a total of 2.15 lakh candidates appeared for the Assam Class 12th boards examination. The highest of 1.64 lakh candidates appeared from the arts stream, followed by 34,401 from science and 15,581 from commerce.
