3 portfolios for Himachal Pradesh deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri
MANALI: While filling all the cabinet berths in Himachal Pradesh might take time, chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday gave away the triple portfolio of Jal Shakti, transport, and 'language, arts, and culture' to deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri.
The departments of finance, public works, home, planning, general administration, and forest will stay with the CM until he picks his cabinet ministers.
Agnihotri has said only the chief minister has the right to make this choice, while Sukhu has claimed that it is the Congress high command's call.
