On The Great Indian Kapil Show, he played a variety of characters, including females. In a recent interview, Kiku discussed the topic and disclosed his reasoning for dressing as a woman.
He also discussed the changes in his life since interacting with Kapil Sharma.
Speaking with the Indian Express, the Hatim actor stated that he had no reservations about dressing up as a lady. He explained that he has been in the business of playing cross-dressed characters since the Great Indian Comedy Show days. The 48-year-old emphasised how, as an actor, one must taste everything and present it with grace. "As far as I make it entertaining, it's fine. Whenever I play a woman's character, I make sure it is dignified and enduring. It stays in the cute zone only," remarked Kiku Sharda.
He expresses gratitude to the audience for accepting him, explaining that if people had not welcomed him, he would not have continued to do so. Kiku Sharda went on to say that he is willing to go to whatever length to advance his profession and demonstrate his brilliance.
In light of his collaboration with Kapil Sharma, the Akbar Birbal actor stated, "Kapil has been a different high." I've been performing the show for 11 years, and working with Kapil has helped me learn and improve tremendously." Finally, Kiku stated that the association helped him become the person he is now.
