Remo D'Souza is a renowned Indian choreographer, director, and producer, known for his significant contributions to Bollywood dance and cinema. Back in 2020, the filmmaker opened up about his heart attack, calling it a terrifying experience due to a '100 percent blockage.'
For those unaware, the choreographer and director had undergone angiography at Kokilaben Hospital and also expressed his gratitude toward Salman Khan, who stayed in constant contact with his wife Lizelle D'Souza throughout the entire ordeal.

During his conversation with Mukesh Chhabra, Remo had shared that Salman Khan had been a key figure during his health crisis, staying in constant contact with his wife.
The choreographer also revealed that Salman was on the phone from the moment Remo entered the operation theatre until he was out in the ICU and recovering. Remo noted that this level of support reflected why Salman is so deeply loved, highlighting his generous nature.
Remo recalled that he had initially planned to attend an episode of a reality show that evening. While working out at the gym, he began to feel unwell but didn’t pay much attention to it at first. Despite doing some stretching, the discomfort persisted, and he started feeling nauseous. His wife then suggested going to the hospital, and he agreed. Upon arriving, the doctor informed him that he had a 100 percent blockage and had suffered a major heart attack.

Remo added that the doctor told him that it was because he was fit that he was able to walk into the hospital; otherwise, anyone else in his condition would not have made it. He described the experience as terrifying and expressed a hope that no one, not even his enemies, would have to go through what he felt during that time.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Remo D'Souzas' upcoming project, titled 'Be Happy', stars Abhishek Bachchan and focuses on a dance theme, telling the story of a single father. The film will also feature Nora Fatehi and is set to release on OTT platforms.
