Alia Bhatt unveils intense motion posters for 'Jigra' ahead of trailer release

Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina's 'Jigra' is one of the most anticipated movies of 2024. Since its announcement, the makers have been teasing fans with posters. Recently, Bhatt shared new motion posters on Instagram, featuring the duo in an intense pose as the film prepares to drop its theatrical trailer on Thursday, September 26
In the poster, Alia is seen sitting at a table with a serious expression, while Vedang appears in a cage, holding a telephone and looking sad.The caption reads, "Kahani bahut lambi hai aur bhai ke paas waqt bahut bahut kam... 2 days to go! #JigraTheatricalTrailer out on 26th September."

The teaser for 'Jigra' has been certified by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Running for 2 minutes and 52 seconds, it received official certification on September 4, 2024, and has been granted a 'UA' rating.
In a recent interview with GQ India, Vedang talked about his acting process compared to Alia Bhatt’s in 'Jigra'. He found Alia very different and a bit confusing. He prepares extensively for his roles, using a playlist to set the mood. He was impressed by how Alia could nail her performance in just one take.
Directed by Vasan Bala, Jigra is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Alia Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions. The film is set to release in theaters on October 11, 2024, coinciding with the Dussehra festival.
