Patna: Senior Congress leaders took to the streets on Thursday, voicing against the alleged scam over the installation of smart meters for electricity bills. The Grand Old Party’s Sewa Dal unit in Bihar started a one-week march christened ‘Nyay Yatra’ where they will be holding public gatherings to learn about the problems being faced because of the smart meters.
